For Friday let's roll with the Jets in the rivalry with the Giants. I just do not see Tim Hasselback being able to do that much today. If Eli Manning was playing then this game could be close but the new look Jets are just too good for the depleted Giants.
Chad Pennington had that shoulder fixed and can throw the deep ball and Laveranues Coles is back in the fold doing what he does. Then you factor in Curtis Martin as well and a New York Jet team that legitimately has a shot to dethrone the Patriots in the division, and I will look for a semi-blowout.
Do not sleep on the Jets this season. This team is explosive and also has a very stout defense. Sure this is still a preseason game but without Manning I just do not see this game being very competitive.<o></o>
